When creating an account or purchasing a license, we collect:

  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — SafeCore does not store payment card data)
  • WordPress site URL(s) associated with your license

Usage Data

The SafeCore PRO plugin installed on your site may transmit:

  • WordPress version and installed plugin versions (for license verification)
  • Update and rollback events (anonymized, no database content)
  • Crash alerts (optional, only if notifications are enabled)

Browsing Data

When visiting safecore-wp.com, we may collect via technical cookies:

  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Pages visited and session duration

2. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

  • Manage your SafeCore account and licenses
  • Provide and improve the SafeCore PRO service
  • Send you technical notifications related to your use of the service
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies

SafeCore uses strictly necessary cookies for site functionality (authentication, sessions, language preference). No advertising tracking cookies are used. Analytics data, if collected, is done via a GDPR-compliant anonymized tool.

  • Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe’s policy)
  • Hostinger — hosting provider
  • Slack — only if you configure Slack notifications in the plugin

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and not use it for other purposes.

Your account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription, then for 3 years after termination in accordance with legal obligations. Technical logs are retained for 90 days.

  • Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
