Terms of Service
Last updated: March 14, 2026
By accessing safecore-wp.com or using the SafeCore PRO plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
1. Service Description
SafeCore PRO is a WordPress plugin published by Moez BETTOUMI that provides an automated update protection system, including snapshot creation, crash detection, automatic rollback, and site recovery. SafeCore is offered as a subscription-based SaaS product.
2. Licenses and Subscriptions
Available Plans
SafeCore PRO is offered under different plans (Solo, Pro, Agency) with associated site limits. Your active plan is displayed in your customer dashboard.
License Activation
Each license is associated with a defined number of active WordPress sites. A license cannot be used simultaneously on more sites than the plan allows. SafeCore reserves the right to deactivate a license used in violation of these terms.
Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the expiration date unless cancelled in advance from your customer account. You will be notified by email before each renewal.
3. Free Trial
SafeCore PRO may be offered with a 14-day free trial period. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, access is suspended unless a paid plan is subscribed to.
4. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed excluding taxes. Applicable taxes will be added based on your country of residence.
SafeCore reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days’ notice communicated by email.
5. Refund Policy
SafeCore offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at contact@safecore-wp.com within this period. Refund requests after this period will not be processed.
6. User Obligations
By using SafeCore PRO, you agree to:
- Use the service only on sites you own or legitimately administer
- Not attempt to circumvent license verification mechanisms
- Not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin without written authorization
- Not use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of these terms
7. Intellectual Property
SafeCore PRO is proprietary software published by Moez BETTOUMI. The license granted is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. The source code, algorithms, and all elements of the plugin remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
8. Service Availability
SafeCore strives to maintain maximum availability of the license verification service. However, SafeCore cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and will not be held liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance operations or events beyond its control.
The plugin’s local functionality (snapshots, rollback, recovery) remains operational even if the license server is unavailable.
9. Limitation of Liability
SafeCore provides its service “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SafeCore shall not be held liable for:
- Any loss of data or revenue resulting from a WordPress update, even when using SafeCore PRO
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the service
- Any problems caused by incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes
SafeCore’s total liability, regardless of cause, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. SafeCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these terms, without refund.
11. Changes to Terms
SafeCore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email with 15 days’ notice. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
